Do I need to download the app to RSVP?
Yes — Jum is a mobile app, not a website. If someone shares an invite link with you and you don't have the app yet, the link takes you straight to install it, then straight into the group.
How do I pay my share?
After the event, Jum shows your exact split alongside the organiser's PayNow number and reference. Pay however you normally would, then tap Mark as Paid — the organiser sees it update on their side, no screenshot needed.
What happens if I need to drop out?
Before the RSVP cut-off, tap Release Spot any time — the next person on the waitlist is promoted automatically. Once registration has closed, reach out to your organiser directly; that lock is there to stop last-minute drop-outs from leaving the group short.
Can I bring someone who isn't on Jum yet?
Yes — add them as a guest when you RSVP. They're included in the roster and the cost split, no account required on their end.
