How it works

From "who's in?" to "all settled" — the whole flow.

Jum follows the same shape your group already runs its games in. Nothing new to learn — just nothing left to remember.

1

Create an event

An Admin sets the date, time, venue and a few basics — how many spots, whether it needs approval to join, when registration closes. Save it as a draft or publish it straight away.

2

Invite people

Members of the community see the event automatically. Need to bring someone who isn't in the group yet? Share an invite link, or add a guest who doesn't need an account at all.

3

RSVP

Everyone taps Going, and Jum tracks the headcount live — including a waitlist once the event fills up, so nobody has to guess whether there's still a spot.

4

Organise teams

Once RSVPs are in, auto-assign balanced teams from who's actually going, drag anyone across manually, then publish the roster. Everyone sees which side they're on.

5

Track event expenses

Paid for the pitch, the shuttlecocks, the post-game drinks? Log it in the app with a photo if you want. An Admin approves it, and it's already counted toward the split.

6

Play the game

This is the only step Jum stays out of. Go play.

7

Settle payments

After the event, Jum totals every approved expense and divides it across the attendees who should actually be paying — excluding anyone who's covered, automatically. Everyone can see exactly what they owe or are owed, and mark it paid once it's settled outside the app.

8

Ready for the next game

This event becomes part of the community's history — who came, who played on which team, what it cost. Post the next one, and everyone's already there.

Get your next game together.
